Very disappointing maintenance service. Revision of the 40,000, I report a whistling noise while driving and a shock absorber noise. They supposedly put me a piece to wedge the shocks. When leaving it still makes the same noise .... for the whistling I am told that the pads have been changed taken on the warranty. 6 months later it sounds again. I went there yesterday and I was told that the pads could never be changed. My platelets are dead. That is. I am offered to change them. Quote for 2 front pads: 281 euros ..... !! They must be in gold .... I refuse and go to midas who gives me a quote at 170 euros. In short, shameful to take advantage of the emergency and also maybe that I am a woman who in principle knows nothing ... I will not set foot there again.

I tried for 2 years to try the mx5. 2 requests for an appointment the first time without any response and the second telling me that there was no model available and that I would be called back when this would be the case. This recall never happened and I just bought a fiesta st last June. Everyone will draw the conclusions they want ...
